Howard M. Cooper on Faculty for Media-Savvy Lawyering Seminar
Howard M. Cooper participated as a Faculty member at the Media-Savvy Lawyering Seminar sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE.) The seminar focused on the challenges that attorneys face when they are involved in highly publicized, media-centric cases.
The Media-Savvy Lawyering Seminar was held at the MCLE Conference Center in Boston, Massachusetts on November 1, 2010. The seminar's faculty, comprised of publicists, journalists and lawyers, discussed all facets of lawyer-reporter interactions. Mr. Cooper, identified as “a renowned civil litigator with considerable experience (and success) suing the media,” offered his observations.
