Botched Surgery Leads to $350,000 Settlement
Jeffrey N. Catalano obtained a $350,000 settlement on behalf of a client whose orthopedic surgeon improperly removed a bone in the client's shoulder, resulting in loss of motion and deformity.
The surgeon later denied doing so, despite the x-rays that confirmed the malpractice during ostensibly routine surgery. View PDF
