Overview

Brooke A. Moschetto concentrates her practice on all aspects of family law including multifaceted divorces, child custody disputes, support disputes, paternity actions, modification and contempt proceedings, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ms. Moschetto provides counsel through all phases of a case by conducting discovery, regularly appearing in court on her clients’ behalf, and resolving cases through negotiation, mediation, and conciliation.

Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Moschetto practiced as a family law attorney at a prominent Boston law firm, and she practiced as a family law and civil litigation attorney with a New Hampshire law firm.

Prior to pursuing her career as an attorney, Brooke worked as a data analyst for a Fortune 500 company.  Her corporate background provides her with an understanding of the complex business and financial issues that may arise in family law matters.
