Lauren M. Bussey

Overview

Lauren M. Bussey represents clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, modification, child custody and parenting plans, asset divisions, and prenuptial agreements.  Ms. Bussey counsels clients through all phases of family law litigation, including negotiating separation agreements, and regularly appears on their behalf in court.

Ms. Bussey previously worked with Suffolk County Probate and Family Court Judge Virginia M. Ward, and was an associate with family law firms in Newton, Mass., and Coral Gables, Fla.

She is a member of the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators, as well as the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court.
