Overview
Madison Bader Rosen concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation and criminal defense matters. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and managing pre-trial discovery, to arguing at pre-trial motions and trial.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Rosen was an associate at a law firm where she concentrated on white-collar criminal defense as well as a variety of civil litigation matters. Before moving to private practice, she was an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Rosen serves as President of the Federal Bar Association’s national Criminal Law Section, is Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association's New Lawyers Forum, and is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section. Ms. Rosen was a member of the 2023 BBA Public Interest Leadership Program class. She also volunteers through the Massachusetts Bar Association Pro Bono Dial-A-Lawyer Program.
