Overview
Meghan E. Huggan concentrates her practice on business litigation matters. She represents and counsels clients in all phases of civil litigation and arbitration, including examining witnesses in court, drafting pleadings and appellate briefs, managing discovery, arguing motions, working with experts, and developing litigation strategy.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Huggan was a litigation attorney and she also served as a law clerk for a New Jersey Superior Court judge. She gained valuable legal experience before and during law school as well, working as a paralegal and law clerk at Massachusetts and Rhode Island litigation firms.
