Rachel Hutchinson

Overview

Rachel Hutchinson concentrates her practice on complex commercial disputes, higher education law, and employment discrimination.  Ms. Hutchinson counsels clients in all phases of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, managing pre-trial discovery, handling motions, and arguing at trial.

Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Hutchinson was a litigation attorney at a large law firm where she concentrated on federal healthcare regulation, white-collar criminal defense and government investigations, data privacy, and higher education law.

She obtained her law degree cum laude in 2016 from Harvard Law School, and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in 2012 from McMaster University.
