Stephanie Hood serves as Todd & Weld’s Executive Director and leads the firm’s finance, human resources, information technology, general administrative, and business development services.
In prior professional leadership roles, including at law firms, Ms. Hood directed strategic and enterprise planning and implementations, new policy and procedure improvements, technology and operational implementation projects, with a focus on people development and skill optimization.
