Alycia Kennedy, Elizabeth Gardon to present on digital evidence
Alycia Kennedy and Elizabeth Gardon are slated to present on collecting and preserving electronic evidence as part of a Dec. 14 MCLE webinar.
The two-hour program will focus on authenticating electronic discovery, the importance of litigation hold letters, and formulating protocols for electronically stored information, among other topics.
Ms. Kennedy is a veteran litigator concentrating her practice on business disputes and an array of other areas including employment litigation, defamation law, condominium disputes, civil rights litigation, and appellate litigation.
Ms. Gardon concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation matters. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and managing pre-trial discovery, to arguing at trial and pre-trial motions.
