Boston Bar Journal publishes second installment of Elizabeth Gardon’s interview of federal judges
The second installment of Elizabeth L. Gardon’s two-part Q&A with three recent appointees to the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts was recently published in the Spring 2024 Boston Bar Journal.
Judges Margaret R. Guzman, Angel Kelley, and Myong J. Joun in Part 2 of the roundtable each discuss how they navigated their practices as lawyers from diverse backgrounds. They offer suggestions for attorneys from diverse backgrounds on how to address obstacles they may face in their practices.
The judges in Part 1 of the Q&A discussed their respective paths to the federal judiciary, as well as offered insights and suggestions for attorneys considering pursuing judicial appointments.
Ms. Gardon is an associate at the firm, where she concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation matters. She previously served as a law clerk to a state trial court judge in New York.
