Christian Kiely elected to partnership at Todd & Weld LLP
Christian G. Kiely has been elected to the partnership at Todd & Weld LLP.
With more than a decade of sophisticated litigation experience, Mr. Kiely concentrates his practice on complex civil disputes, defamation and First Amendment matters, and white-collar criminal defense.
He regularly represents clients in the state and federal trial courts in Massachusetts, including an active practice in the Superior Court’s Business Litigation Session. He also has successfully represented clients in appeals before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Kiely served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock and Associate Justice Robert J. Cordy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
He graduated first in his class from Suffolk University Law School in 2012 and is a 2009 graduate of Dartmouth College. He lives in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston with his wife and daughter.
