COVID-19 Resource Guide published by BBA Health Law Section
The Boston Bar Association’s Health Law Section has published a COVID-19 Resource Guide providing information on numerous health law resources.
Authored by Ingrid Martin, a partner at Todd & Weld, the Resource Guide lists resources for, among other topics, medical licensure changes, telehealth, hospitals, pharmacies, and health insurance coverage.
The Resource Guide is part of the BBA’s COVID-19 Resource Page, which covers a range information related to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, including cybersecurity, data privacy, immigration law, and the court system.
A member of the BBA Health Law Section Steering Committee, Ms. Martin focuses her practice on the intersection between healthcare law and criminal defense. She represents a broad range of healthcare providers and entities including individual practitioners, pharmacies, medical device companies, health clinics, dental practices, and home health agencies.
