Ms. Basaria concentrates her litigation practice on commercial disputes, employment law, personal injury matters, and criminal defense, representing clients in all phases of litigation, including at trial. She holds leadership positions in a variety of bar associations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of North America Foundation, and currently participates in the Massachusetts Women's Bar Association 2020 Women's Leadership Initiative.
Ms. Bussey represents clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, modification, child custody and parenting plans, asset divisions, and prenuptial agreements. She counsels clients through all phases of family law litigation, including negotiating separation agreements, and regularly appears on their behalf in court.
Ms. Conserve concentrates her practice on all aspects of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, traumatic injury cases, automotive accidents, construction site accidents, product liability, and premises liability. She also focuses on professional liability litigation matters. Ms. Conserve assists clients through all stages of litigation, including discovery, court appearances for trials and substantive motions, and settlement negotiations.
Ms. Davis represents plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation and arbitration, as well as plaintiffs in personal injury matters. Ms. Davis regularly appears on behalf of clients in court, including making appellate arguments, examining witnesses at trial, and arguing substantive motions. She has obtained several favorable results for clients. Ms. Davis holds leadership positions with the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.
Ms. Kennedy concentrates her practice on commercial litigation. She assists clients in all phases of civil litigation, including examining witnesses in court, conducting depositions, arguing dispositive motions, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and developing litigation strategy.
Mr. McLaughlin has concentrated his practice in family law since 2012. He regularly represents clients in court for trials, evidentiary hearings, pre-trial conferences, and substantive motions, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums. Mr. McLaughlin's practice includes work in complex divorce actions, modifications, contempt actions, depositions, complex financial disputes, child custody disputes, and the drafting and negotiation of premarital and separation agreements.
Ms. Olien represents businesses of all sizes, educational institutions, and individuals in a variety of complex commercial and civil disputes and investigations. As a commercial litigator, her experience includes resolving contractual issues, matters involving officers and directors of corporate and nonprofit boards, disputes between business partners, and disputes between employers and employees.
Ms. Passanisi concentrates her practice on employment litigation, including matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, and wage and hour laws. She regularly appears in court, conducts depositions, prepares pleadings, and negotiates settlements. Ms. Passanisi presently serves on the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Working Group.
