Gary Todd named President of MA Family and Probate American Inn of Court
Gary O. Todd, a partner at Todd & Weld, LLP, has been appointed as President of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, which was founded in 1998 as a chapter of the American Inns of Court and is the largest Inn of Court in the country.
Gary specializes in all aspects of domestic law, including divorce, custody, removal, probate litigation, and non-traditional family law matters.
A frequent presenter at continuing legal education programs, Gary has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer since 2004, has been named to Best Lawyers in America in Family Law since 2012, and has received the AV Preeminent Attorney rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Boston Bar Association.
The mission of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court is to promote professionalism, civility and ethical awareness through discourse and education. The Inn meets regularly throughout the year as a means of fostering collegiality and providing peer education on topics of importance to the practice of law in the Family and Probate Courts.
