Gary Todd is a faculty member as part of the MCLE’s Family Law Trial Advocacy Workshop.
The intense five-day workshop (June 6-10) will instruct participants on trial advocacy from motion practice to expert witness examination to final argument.
In addition to performing as trial counsel in a mock trial before a Probate & Family Court judge, participants observe experienced practitioners demonstrate effective trial techniques.
Mr. Todd, a Founding Partner of the firm, is recognized locally and nationally as a preeminent family law practitioner specializing in domestic relations and probate litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and presenter on family law issues and topics.
