Gary Todd presents at seminar on the interplay of criminal law and family law
Gary O. Todd recently presented as part of a panel discussion on the interplay of criminal law and family law.
The program, hosted by the Greater Newburyport Bar Association, addressed the overlap of protective orders related to domestic situations, including strategic and practical considerations in deciding whether pursue remedies in state District Court or the Probate and Family Court.
In addition to Mr. Todd, the panel included Supreme Judicial Court Justice Serge Georges Jr. and District Court Judge Mary F. McCabe.
Mr. Todd is recognized locally and nationally as a preeminent family law practitioner specializing in domestic relations and probate litigation. He is a frequent lecturer on family law and trial practice issues.
