The panel, as part of a mock trial, addressed the numerous concerns that may arise when a Guardian ad Litem is on the witness stand.
The day-long program – entitled “Bungles, Biases, & Boundaries: What Can Possibly Go Wrong?” – was hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem (MAGAL).
Mr. Todd, a Founding Partner at Todd & Weld LLP, is recognized locally and nationally as a preeminent family law practitioner specializing in family law and probate litigation.
He is a MAGAL Board member, past president of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, a board member of the Greater Newburyport Bar Association, and an Executive Committee Member of the Judge Abber Counsel Assisted Negotiation Program for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts.
