Gary Todd, Rich Novitch to present at family law financial summit
Gary O. Todd and Richard M Novitch are slated to present at the Domestic Relations Financial Summit hosted by MCLE on Feb. 10-11.
Mr. Todd will be part of a panel discussion providing a practical overview of the new Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines.
Mr. Novitch and his co-panelists will be leading a discussion on real estate and personal property valuation and how to recognize overinflated or undervalued appraisals.
A Founding Partner of the firm, Mr. Todd is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education programs. Concentrating his practice on family law and probate litigation, he has successfully negotiated, mediated, and tried numerous family law issues at the trial court and appellate levels, including divorce, custody, parental rights, complex support matters, property division, removal, modification, and contempt actions.
A partner at the firm, Mr. Novitch represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations law, including complex matrimonial matters and high net worth property division. A frequent speaker on family law issues, he has extensive experience handling complex cases and issues on appeal, including matters before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court.
