Gary Todd to present at annual AFCC conference on children's perspective in family law cases

Gary O. Todd will present at the remote Annual Conference of the Massachusetts Chapter of Association of Family and Conciliation Courts slated for Oct. 2.

Mr. Todd will be part of a panel entitled “’Can You Hear What I Need?’ Eliciting, Understanding, and Integrating Children's Perspectives in Family Law Cases."

The panel will address questions raised by a moderator and breakout group participants on how they go about eliciting input from children involved in family law cases, interpreting what they learn, and bringing this to the Court's attention according to their different roles.
