Howard Cooper appointed to Board of Directors of ACLU of Massachusetts
Howard M. Cooper has been appointed to serve on the ACLU of Massachusetts Board of Directors.
Todd & Weld has a longstanding commitment to the mission of the ACLU and has handled numerous high-profile cases on its behalf on a pro bono basis, including facilitating a settlement of a highly publicized, contentious dispute involving his client the Islamic Society of Greater Worcester and the Town of Dudley over the siting of an Islamic cemetery in that town, and successfully representing the Occupy Boston movement in 2011.
