Ingrid Martin to co-chair BBA White Collar Crime Conference
Ingrid S. Martin is co-chair of the recently announced third annual White Collar Crime Conference hosted by the Boston Bar Association.
The full-day conference, slated for Jan. 15, 2020, will feature high-level keynote presentations and interactive breakout sessions that address recent cases and developments in a wide range of topics, including healthcare fraud, securities enforcement, and government investigations.
A partner at Todd & Weld, Ms. Martin focuses her practice on the intersection of criminal defense and healthcare law, including licensing and accreditation challenges, allegations of false claims submissions, as well as exclusion from Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal healthcare programs.
