Ingrid Martin to serve on Advisory Committee for BBA 2019 White-Collar Crime Conference

Ingrid S. Martin has been appointed to the Advisory Committee for the 2019 White-Collar Crime Conference hosted by the Boston Bar Association.

The full-day conference, slated for Jan. 16, 2019, will offer high-level keynote presentations, as well as in-depth breakout sessions on developments in healthcare fraud, securities enforcements, government investigations, and other leading topics.

Ms. Martin, a partner at Todd & Weld LLP, concentrates her litigation practice on criminal defense and healthcare law.  She presented at the 2018 White-Collar Crime Conference on emerging healthcare compliance issues, including healthcare fraud investigations by the government that are increasingly based more on data analysis rather than the more traditional approach of relying on whistleblowers.
