Joe Cacace to present at MCLE's 22nd Annual Paralegal Conference

Joseph M. Cacace will present on social media issues inside and outside the workplace as part of the 22nd Annual Paralegal Conference hosted by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.

At the June 24 online conference Mr. Cacace will address the pros and cons of using social media both inside and outside the workplace, including complying with the relevant ethical rules, how to use social media to advance a client’s case, how not to use social media in ways that could harm clients, and tips for ensuring that one’s social media presence does not create problems in hiring or in the workplace.
