Joseph Cacace appointed to two MBA committees
Joseph M. Cacace has been appointed to serve on two committees of the Massachusetts Bar Association – the Appellate Bench Bar Committee and the Amicus Brief Committee.
Mr. Cacace concentrates his practice on complex business litigation and has experience litigating at all levels of state and federal courts, including working on appellate matters.
He previously served as a law clerk to retired Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Justice Robert J. Cordy. Mr. Cacace is a member of the Board of Governors of the Law Clerks' Society of the Supreme Judicial Court.
