Joseph Cacace to present on strategies for successfully litigating breach of contract cases

Joseph M. Cacace will present on strategies for successfully litigating breach of contract cases as part of the 60-Minute Lawyer series hosted by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.

The webcast, entitled Getting the Benefit of the Bargain in Breach of Contract Claims, will focus on issues that commonly arise in breach of contract and related claims, including enforceability of letters of intent, term sheets, oral agreements, implied agreements, and performance in the face of unsigned drafts. The program will also address breach of contract damages and remedies.

The webcast is slated for 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Sept. 22.

Mr. Cacace concentrates his practice on complex civil disputes, including business litigation, real estate litigation, labor and employment litigation and counseling, defamation, construction litigation, professional malpractice, civil rights, and class actions on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. He has experience litigating at all levels of state and federal courts and resolving disputes via arbitration and mediation.
