Julien Mundele moderating program on conducting internal and independent investigations
Julien M. Mundele is co-moderator of a Boston Bar Association program on conducting internal and independent investigations.
The two-hour Dec. 16 online program, hosted by the BBA White Collar Crime Section, will explore best practices in conducting each type of investigation, including maintaining any privileges, and how to handle high stakes investigations when the matter has been reported in the press.
Mr. Mundele, who currently serves on the BBA’s Criminal Law Section and White Collar Crime Section Steering Committees, concentrates his practice on government investigations, criminal defense, and health law matters.
