Madison Bader joins Todd & Weld as an associate
Madison Bader has joined Todd & Weld LLP as an associate and will concentrate her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including business and real estate litigation.
Ms. Bader represents clients through all stages of litigation and arbitration proceedings, including pleadings, discovery, substantive motions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances including trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bader was an associate at a Boston law firm where she concentrated on white collar criminal defense as well as a variety of civil litigation cases. Before moving to private practice, she was an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
She is ranked as a 2021 Massachusetts Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Bader serves as secretary of the Federal Bar Association’s national Criminal Law Section, is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section Steering Committee, and is the Boston Bar Association’s liaison from the Young Lawyers Division to the Criminal Law Section.
Ms. Bader obtained her law degree in 2019 from Emory University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in 2016 from Chapman University.
