Madison Bader to moderate panel discussion on handling trials in Massachusetts criminal courts
Madison Bader is slated to moderate a Boston Bar Association panel discussion on handling trials in Massachusetts criminal courts, including practice tips on strategy, jury selection, openings and closings, and direct and cross examination.
The panel for the in-person March 13 program (4:00-6:00 p.m.) will consist of Massachusetts state District Court judges, an assistant district attorney, and private and public defense attorneys. A networking reception will follow the presentation.
Ms. Bader, an associate at the firm, is Co-Chair of the BBA’s New Lawyers Forum and a member of the organization’s Criminal Law Section. She is a former prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
