Matt Furman to present at MCLE's 22nd Annual Business Litigation Conference
As part of the MCLE’s annual Business Litigation Conference Matt Furman will be presenting on discovery disputes and sanctions as part of a panel on preserving, searching, and discovering key evidence in business disputes.
The panel will discuss various topics, including litigation hold requests, identifying custodians of electronically stored information, and protective orders.
The can’t-miss Feb. 3 event will provide the latest updates on business litigation developments and important case law delivered by a faculty that includes U.S. District Court judges, U.S. Magistrate judges, and Massachusetts Superior Court judges.
A veteran litigator, Mr. Furman handles business, employment, and real estate disputes for a wide variety of clients. He has tried cases to judges and juries in various courts, including the Massachusetts Business Litigation Session of the Superior Court and the specialized Land Court, and he has also pursued appellate matters before Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court, as well as the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals.
