Megan Deluhery appears on Greater Boston to discuss 'fair process' related to Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination
Megan Deluhery appeared on WGBH's Greater Boston to discuss the issue of "fair process" related to Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Deluhery as part of her remarks indicated that there "has to be a slowness built into [an injvestigation]," including interviewing third party witnesses, so that the American public is assured that a legitimate factual inquiry has taken place.
A partner at Todd & Weld LLP, Ms. Deluhery concentrates her practice on employment law, closely held business disputes, defamation, and civil rights litigation. She successfully represented a student accused of sexual misconduct, and also represented Bill Cosby accuser Kristina Ruehli in a defamation lawsuit.
