Megan Deluhery to chair MCLE program on courtroom presence
Megan C. Deluhery, a partner at Todd & Weld LLP, is chair of a legal education program on maintaining a winning presence in the courtroom.
The program, slated for Sept. 28 as in-person program at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education in Boston, is designed to help trial lawyers discover their communication strengths and weaknesses, enhance their communication styles, and maintain their composure regardless of the challenges faced in the courtroom.
The panel will feature Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Dennis J. Curran.
Ms. Deluhery has obtained numerous successful results for clients in the courtroom, including a defamation verdict against the Boston Herald, a federal jury verdict in favor of a male student and his family for breach of contract against a private preparatory school, and an order denying a preliminary injunction in a business non-competition case.
