Megan L. Rothemich has been elected to the partnership at Todd & Weld LLP.
A seasoned family law attorney, Ms. Rothemich regularly handles multifaceted divorce cases involving asset division, issues of child support and alimony, and custody disputes. She collaborates with experts for varied purposes, including business valuation, forensic analysis of complex financial information, tax scrutiny, and psychological evaluations and opinions.
Ms. Rothemich regularly appears in the Probate and Family Court throughout Massachusetts, primarily Norfolk, Middlesex, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Essex counties. She also resolves cases short of litigation through negotiation, as well as alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and conciliation.
As part of her family law expertise, judges appoint Ms. Rothemich to serve as a volunteer advocate and counsel for children in domestic relations and paternity matters through the Norfolk County Attorneys Representing Children program.
Ms. Rothemich is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and Boston College.
