Michael DiStefano to present on law firm culture post-Covid
Michael R. DiStefano is slated to present at a Boston Bar Association program addressing the dynamics of law firm culture post-Covid.
The panel will discuss talent retention, training, and career advancement within law firms, as well as navigating the shift to hybrid and in-office work formats and intergenerational differences on billable and non-billable time.
The forum – “Navigating Generational Dynamics: Law Firm Culture in a Post-COVID World“ – is scheduled for April 30, 5:30-7:30 p.m., and will include a networking reception.
Mr. DiStefano, a partner at the firm, is a member of the BBA’s Recently Elected Partners Forum Committee.
