New partners at Todd & Weld featured in Law360 article
The four new lateral partners who recently joined Todd & Weld LLP – Paul Cirel, Daniel Cloherty, Ingrid Martin, and Victoria Steinberg – were featured in a Law360 article published Jan. 17.
The article highlights how the new partners will boost the firm's ability to provide clients with deep trial experience and courtroom skills to take on any type of white collar matter, regulatory investigation or prosecution, and business dispute.
Mr. Cirel and Ms. Martin concentrate their practices on criminal defense and health care law and compliance.
"Ingrid Martin and I had worked closely with the litigators at Todd & Weld and saw this as a perfect fit," Mr. Cirel told the publication. "We look forward to strengthening the firm's white collar criminal practice and adding a new dimension of deep experience and a legacy of success in the health care field."
Mr. Cloherty and Ms. Steinberg bring decades of experience litigating complicated business disputes and employment matters, representing clients in disagreements concerning discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour, non-competition and non-solicitation claims.
In addition, Mr. Cloherty represents businesses and individuals in enforcement matters and government investigations stemming from health care, securities, and mail and bank fraud allegations.
"Daniel and Vicky bring complementary civil litigation and criminal defense practices that align with Todd & Weld's longstanding reputation as a leader in successful, results-oriented commercial, business, and employment litigation in federal and state court," said Managing Partner Christopher Weld Jr.
