Nick Carter to moderate program on religious organization law
Nicholas B. Carter will moderate an MCLE program concerning religious organization law and church litigation.
The Feb. 14 program will address a wide range of issues impacting religious organizations in litigation, including constitutional law, employment matters, and real property disputes. The panel will also address sexual abuse litigation from the plaintiff’s and defendant’s perspective.
Mr. Carter, a partner at Todd & Weld LLP, maintains a broad civil litigation practice, including an expertise advising clients in conflicts involving religious institutions. He has over two decades of trial experience in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration.
