Rich Novitch a panelist on program addressing complex financial issues in divorce cases

Richard Novitch presented on the topic of stock options, restricted stock, and other equity compensation interests as part of an MCLE program on complex asset division in divorce cases.

The half-day event provided insights on how to effectively advocate for divorce clients in obtaining an equitable division of significant property interests, including closely held businesses, trusts, and stock options. The panel also addressed the tax consequences of asset division.

A frequent lecturer on family law issues, Mr. Novitch represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations law, including complex matrimonial matters and high net worth property division.  He has significant experience in business valuations, allocation and valuation of employee benefits, and allocation of family trusts.
