Rich Novitch to present seminar on domestic abuse issues in divorce cases
Richard M. Novitch will present a seminar on proving and defending allegations of domestic abuse in family law cases.
The half-day program will cover a number of topics, including case law updates, tips on handling domestic abuse allegations in a divorce case, and insights on how judges factor these allegations into their decision making.
The seminar – "Proving and Defending Allegations of Domestic Abuse in Family Law Cases" – is slated for May 10 at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Center in Boston.
Mr. Novitch represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations law, and has tried numerous cases in Probate and Family Courts in Massachusetts, and has been involved in numerous appeals. He is a frequent lecturer on family law issues for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Boston Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association.
