Richard Novitch co-chair of 28th Annual MBA Annual Family Law Conference
Richard M. Novitch is co-chair of the highly anticipated 28th Annual Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Conference.
This year's conference – themed as "Extreme Measures: The Outer Edge of Domestic Relations Litigation" – is slated for Nov. 16-17 at the Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Mass.
Other conference highlights include:
- Alimony after tax reform
- Addressing domestic violence in divorce cases
- Annual judicial forum
- Handling contentious custody disputes
- Resolving addiction issues in domestic relations matters
Mr. Novitch will be also moderating a panel discussion entitled Critical Evidentiary Calls in Extreme Cases. John J. Ronan of the firm will be part of the panel, which will also include Family Court judges.
Mr. Novitch represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations law, including complex matrimonial matters, and high net worth property division. He is a frequent speaker on family law issues. Mr. Ronan concentrates his practice in all aspects of domestic relations including, divorce, custody, complex financial issues in divorce matters, and prenuptial agreements.
