Richard Novitch to present at probate law conference
Richard M. Novitch will present on evidentiary issues in will contests and in probate litigation as part of the Massachusetts Bar Association's 7th Annual Probate Law Conference.
The day-long Nov. 1 conference – the largest annual gathering of Massachusetts probate judges and practitioners – will cover a wide range of topics, including divorce proceedings involving trusts, protective proceedings involving financial exploitation, and Medicaid planning updates.
Mr. Novitch has tried numerous cases in Probate and Family Courts in Massachusetts, and has extensive experience handling complex cases and issues on appeal, including matters before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court.
