Richard Novitch to present at webinar on how social media impacts family law disputes
Richard Novitch is slated to present at a webinar addressing how social media and electronic information can impact family law disputes.
The half-day April 30 program – entitled “Sexts, Texts, and Tweets: The Use and Misuse of Social Media and Electronic Information in Family Law Disputes” – is hosted by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
Mr. Novitch as part of a panel discussion will address evidentiary issues that arise in divorce cases concerning social media and electronic data.
The keynote speaker is Randy Otto, Ph.D., Associate Professor in the Department of Mental Health Law & Policy at the University of South Florida. He is an expert on forensic psychological assessment as well as the use of social media data as a collateral source in forensic evaluations.
Mr. Novitch represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations law, including complex matrimonial matters and high net worth property division. A frequent speaker on family law issues, he has extensive experience handling complex cases and issues on appeal, including matters before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court.
