Saraa Basaria reappointed to MBA Diversity Task Force and named Treasurer of MBA's Young Lawyers Division
Saraa Basaria has been reappointed to the Massachusetts Bar Association's Diversity Task Force, which is part of a long-term effort to diversify the makeup of the legal community, the judiciary, and the MBA's leadership. Ms. Basaria was reappointed by incoming MBA President Denise I. Murphy.
In addition to serving on the Diversity Task Force, Ms. Basaria has been named Treasurer of the MBA’s Young Lawyers Division and serves on its board of directors.
She is past president of the South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston, and she currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the South Asian Bar Association of North America Foundation. She is a current participant in the Women’s Bar Association Women’s Leadership Initiative, and currently serves on Todd & Weld's Diversity Committee.
An experienced litigator, Ms. Basaria concentrates her practice on employment law, commercial disputes, and personal injury matters.
