Tara Dunn elected to Prisoners' Legal Services Board of Directors
Tara Dunn has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Prisoners’ Legal Services of Massachusetts, which promotes the safe, humane and lawful treatment of Massachusetts prisoners through civil rights litigation, administrative advocacy, client counseling, and outreach to policy makers and the public.
Founded in 1972, Prisoners’ Legal Services is a not-for-profit organization that provides civil legal assistance to individuals incarcerated in Massachusetts state prisons and in county jails and houses of correction.
Ms. Dunn concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation matters, including commercial and employment law, as well as criminal defense matters and civil rights litigation. Prior to joining Todd & Weld, she was an Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, where she worked on a variety of enforcement matters.
