Todd & Weld attorneys to present on how to prevail in COVID-19 litigation

Joseph Cacace and Victoria Steinberg are slated to present at a Feb. 9 MCLE program that will address cutting edge litigation issues arising from the pandemic.

The program will provide substantive and practical insights into some of the most recent trends and developments pertaining to COVID-19 litigation.

Mr. Cacace will moderate the panel discussion, which will cover disputes related to litigation against colleges and universities, tort litigation, and criminal law matters.  Mr. Cacace concentrates his practice on complex civil matters, including business and real estate disputes, intellectual property litigation, labor and employment litigation and counseling, professional malpractice, civil rights, and class actions.

Ms. Steinberg will concentrate her remarks on litigation against schools arising out of the transition to remote learning, as well as disciplinary matters arising in the university context under COVID-19 restrictions.  A partner at Todd & Weld, Ms. Steinberg concentrates her practice on representing employers and employees in a variety of employment matters, as well as representing colleges and universities in litigation matters, including Title IX matters and disciplinary proceedings.
