Todd & Weld welcomes new Executive Director Stephanie Hood
Stephanie Hood has joined Todd & Weld LLP as Executive Director where she will lead the firm’s finance, human resources, information technology, general administrative, and business development services.
Ms. Hood has more than two decades of experience in similar roles at several professional services organizations, including law firms.
"Stephanie’s extensive leadership skills and experience in law firm settings is a natural fit for us,” said Co-Managing Partner, Megan Deluhery. “We are thrilled she’s on board to help guide our strategic initiatives going forward. She takes the baton from Maryann Arsenault, who has been an integral part of the firm for 13 years. We look forward to working with Stephanie to support the firm’s continued growth while we deliver the highest level of trial advocacy for our clients.”
In prior professional leadership roles, Ms. Hood directed strategic and enterprise planning and implementations, new policy and procedure improvements, technology and operational implementation projects, with a focus on people development and skill optimization.
She is a graduate of George Washington University where she earned a Master of Professional Studies – Law Firm Management. She obtained an undergraduate degree in accounting from Babson College. Ms. Hood currently holds her SHRM-SCP certification.
