Todd & Weld named by publication as one of 2024 Best Women-Led Law Firms
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has named Todd & Weld one of the Best Women-Led Firms of 2024.
Co-managing partner Megan Deluhery highlighted the firm’s efforts to develop and retain female lawyers, by encouraging lawyers to take on leadership roles while promoting flexibility for new parents in particular.
“In our industry, women often opt out of law firms before or shortly after making partner,” Ms. Deluhery told the publication. “At our firm, we have seen this as well. I and my partners are keenly interested in improving that statistic, exploring new ideas and listening to what our talented women attorneys tell us they need to be successful.”
Todd & Weld has a robust commitment to DEI initiatives and programs, led by DEI Committee Chair Ingrid S. Martin, a partner at the firm, and supported by Hiring Committee Co-Chair and Partner Maria Davis. The firm has several women attorneys in leadership roles at the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
