J. Owen Todd, a partner in the firm, also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in the resolution of civil disputes, including product liability, environmental issues, complex commercial litigation, employment discrimination and harassment, patent and copyright claims, divorce, probate litigation, and personal injury claims.
Mr. Todd brings decades of extraordinarily successful litigation experience to his ADR practice. A former Massachusetts Superior Court Judge, he has mediated and arbitrated over 500 cases.
